The college has organized health Awareness and Medical Check-up Camps. The college has a temporary doctor to look after medical cases of a minor nature. The government Sadar Hospital is situated a few minutes away from the college which helps out in case of any emergency. The college has not yet been able to start a group insurance scheme for the students

The college library has a rich and variegated collection of over one lakh books, periodical volumes, manuscripts, and rare books. It subscribes to some print journals on Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, and Humanities, besides some National Dailies. There are also specialized subject collections in some faculties. Efforts are on to make an online catalog of its collection and a digital resource mechanism to provide automated circulation and access to e-journals, e-thesis & other e-resources. The college is already a member of INFLIBNET and the library is going to be connected soon. The library facilities are open to all bona fide students of the college. The students are advised to enroll for membership and obtain a library card. The college has a spacious library that strives to create a lively and enriching intellectual environment for students, faculty, and staff members. The College is provided with excellent facilities and encouraged to take part in the tournaments held in and around colleges. Sabour College has having own stadium for tournament matches like cricket, and football and also space for Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, and carpom are available in the college. With the view to recognizing upcoming talented sportsmen and sportswomen in the college, the Sports Council organizes the sports festival ARENA. The festival witnessed the extensive participation of boys and girls which included athletics, badminton, table tennis, basketball, carrom, chess, cricket, tennis, and volleyball. Prizes and certificates were awarded to the winners. Physical education & sports play a vital role in achieving the aims and objectives of Education. The students of Sabour College are provided with excellent facilities and encouraged to take part in the tournaments held in and around colleges. The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College canteen is located at the far end of the college grounds. The canteen is built in an area of approximately 400 sq. ft. The renovation and reconstruction plan has been approved.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College Girls hostel is located on the campus, there exists one hostel for girls on the campus.

The College has an alumni association named SACU ( Sabour College Alumni Union). It is yet to be registered. SACU is involved in conducting the following activities: Blood donation camps Tree plantation Annual get-together Career counseling Organizing quiz programs, debates, etc. for students Organizing medical check-up camps for students Supporting Alma mater in developing infrastructure Adopting a village school for its integral development.

The college has imposing buildings and adequate parking space.
