Sagar Institute of Science and Technology, Bhopal

SISTEC Bhopal has two boys hostels for accommodation of students. The hostels have rooms with beds, mattresses, study tables, wardrobes, 24 hours water supply, wi-fi, and other necessary amenities. 

Sagar Institute of Science and Technology has an individual hostel for girls students. The girls hostel rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to students. All basic facilities are available at girl hostel for the convenience of students. 

A health centre is present at the campus. The health centre has has separate facilities for girls and boys. It is run by medical officer and a healthcare assistant.

The College has a gym for the students with the latest machines. Students can make use of gym to maintain their physical fitness.

SISTEC Bhopal library contains various technical books, national and international journals, CDs, etc for the students and faculty. The college also has a digital library for students. The reading room of the library can accommodate large number of students. 

The campus has facilities for sport. Students can take part in various sports such as football, cricket,  volleyball, badminton, chess, gymnastics, taekwondo, handball, hockey, judo, kabaddi, kho-kho, lawn tennis, basketball, aquatic games, weight lifting, wrestling, yoga and meditation, aerobics.

The college has modern IT infrastructure in order to meet the technological and computational requirements. The labs at the campus has upgraded systems with rapid internet connectivity. 

Canteen is available at the college premises that serve food to the students and faculty at a reasonable rate. The food prepared at the cafeteria is hygienic and nutritious. 

The institute has well-equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of over 200 people. Various conferences, workshops, seminars and other events and activities of mass gatherings are organised at the auditorium. 

Transporation facility is offered by the transport department of the college to students and staff from various places of Bhopal. 

The college is wi-fi enabled in order to provide internet accessibility. Students can access wifi in every corner of Sagar Institute of Science and Technology campus. 

The campus has a six-lane swimming pool for the students. The swimming pool is well-mainted and cleaned at regular intervals. 

An ATM of Bank of Baroda is present within college premises for students, staff and faculty members. 

Mess: Food and dining have always been a great attraction for the students studying in SISTec since its inception. Students enjoy a variety of cuisines served to them. The four meals served to the hostel students are well crafted keeping in view the calorific and nutritive values. Quality, taste, flavors, and textures are well balanced in the mess by a highly qualified team of culinary professionals. The SISTec messes are well equipped with modern cooking tools and techniques and can feed around 500 students at one time. The Mess is run by the college management under the guidance of the Principal and Administrative officer. Vegetarian food is served in the hostel. Mess charges are collected on an annual basis at the time of admission. Parents, guests, and day scholars too can avail of the mess facilities at a very minimal charge. Every day there is a nutritious menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
