Sanjeevan College of Home Science and Nutrition, Osmanabad

The College has Free hostel facilities for 25 girls of all castes.

The College has a well-equipped library and has a very rich collection of more than 1,000 resource materials, including textbooks, reference books, journals, and periodicals in Home Science. The library subscribes to about 20 national and international journals. Internet, Photocopying services, and computers will be made available in the library for the benefit of the students. The library is manned by well-qualified and efficient staff. The library has a good collection of books in the book bank so that needy students can issue books for a longer period of time. The library works throughout the year except for a few national holidays.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The Institute has a computer lab equipped with 10 computers loaded with the latest software and internet connectivity for use by students and faculty. Many classes of undergraduate students that require the use of computers are held in the computer lab. A new state-of-the-art computer lab housing 20 computers with internet connectivity will be set up in the institute very soon.

The College has several laboratories such as Therapeutic Nutrition, Human Development, Apparel Designing, Clothing Construction, Resource Management, Communication, and Extension. The laboratories are naturally lit, very well ventilated, spacious, and well-equipped. All the labs shall be provided with computer facilities & the internet for the benefit of the staff and students. It is indeed an enriching and enjoyable experience to work in any of these laboratories.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The College has Photocopying and printing services will be made available at the Institute to facilitate the academic work of students on all working days.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The College Professionally, the education of the student is not complete at Sanjeevan College of B.Sc Home Science until she/he is helped to be professionally placed in a position of her/his choice. Towards this end, the college has signed an MOU with Lizzat Papad & Ganesh Bakery, and the college also organizes placement meets periodically.
