SDGI offers world-class facilities in terms of reference material required by the students. The library houses more than 10000 books, 1000 national and international journals, 200 Technical CDs, and 100 Value Addition CDs. The library is embedded with a digital library facility that stocks a lot of updated information for references and research purposes for the faculty and the students.

The college has arrangements for Indoor games i.e. Carom board, Chess, Multi-Gym and Yoga, one ground each for Football and Cricket.
