Shailabala Women's College, Cuttack

The college has Hostel Facilities for the Girls with rooms having a capacity of 4  students per room. Some of the facilities include an open-air amphitheater, a gym, and many more. Separate messes are attached to the hostels providing quality and nutritious food in a hygienic environment. 

The college has Library system was established in the year 1913 as a central facility to fulfill the information requirements of the academic community of the Library. The Library building has a total Plinth area of 12,600 sq ft (approx) which includes a newly separate reading hall having 122 user seating capacity. The Library Building is a storage building.

The college has departmental-based laboratory facilities for the students. The students get more practical knowledge and exposure while working in the labs.  

The college has a separate Auditorium facility for students. All the events and programs are meant to be held there. 

The college has a nice canteen facility for staff and faculty. Hygienic food is provided to each student. 

The college has an associated hospital facility. The SWC and Cuttack medical facilities include a health center with a first aid facility for the students.  

The college has a Gym facility for the students. Students who are passionate about exercising can go to the gym to work out. It has all the new machines and equipment required. 

The college has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. Games like chess, carrom, badminton and many more. 

The college has an Extra Curricular Activities for the students.

The college objective of the association is to promote friendly relations between the former and present students and teachers of the institution, to encourage and enable former students to take an active interest in the Welfare of the Alma Mater with a special focus on Social justice and equal opportunities for all.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
