The College Every member must maintain peace or discipline in the library or reading room. Marking, soiling, or tearing any book will be considered a serious crime, and compensation will have to be paid, Each student will be issued two books together for 15 days, In case of not returning the books within the stipulated time, a penalty of 25 paise per day will be payable. If there is a delay of more than 10 days, the penalty will be 50 paise per day, All the books will have to be deposited 15 days before the commencement of the examination and a no dues certificate will have to be taken from the library, otherwise the examination admit card will not be provided. It will be the personal responsibility of the student to return the books in correct condition, Students leaving the college will have to pay all the dues of the college before applying for withdrawal of exchange money, otherwise, the exchange money will be confiscated and deposited in the college fund.
