SRMS CETR Bareilly provides separate hostel facilities to the boys students. All the hostel rooms are well furnished. Hotels at SRMS CETR Bareilly have 24 hours power supply, common rooms with LCD TV and indoor games. Hostel mess only serves vegetarian food to the students at SRMS CETR Bareilly.

Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering Technology and Research, Bareilly has separate hostel facilities for its girls students with a warden and alert security system. The hostel rooms are well furnished with all the basic furniture. A separate mess is available where only vegetarian food is served. 

There is a dispensary available at SRMS CETR to provide medical facilities to the students. Apart from this the SRMS Trust is also running its own 900+ bed, multispeciality, tertiary care hospital and trauma centre just at the adjoining campus of SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences. 

The Multipurpose hall at SRMS CETR Bareilly has a gymnasium which helps the students to remain healthy.

The college library has a large collection of Reference Books, Journals, Magazines, Newspaper, Project reports and E-Journals. 

Students at SRMS CETR are offered various facilities to pursue various sports activities on the campus. The outdoor facilities include athletics, volleyball, basketball, kho-kho. Chess, carom are indoor games available. All the sports equipment that is required to pursue sports equipment are available in the sports room. Also, a squash court is available on the campus.

SRMS CETR provides canteen facilities to the students. The cafeteria offers a variety of food items at reasonable rates. Students can have a meal or snacks at the cafeteria.

The college offers transport facilities that cover all parts of Bareilly based on the requirement of staff, students and faculty. Besides morning and evening time there are buses in the afternoon and late evening to travel to and fro from the city. 

SRMS CETR has various labs such as Networks Lab, DBMS Lab, Artificial Intelligence Lab, Digital Image Processing Lab, Communication lab, Web-tech Lab etc with all the latest versions of the required software like Netsim, Oracle 9i etc.
