Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon has five boys hostels. The boys’ hostels are equipped with triple seated rooms and double-seated rooms. SSGMCE Shegaon boys’ hostels have dining halls, wardrobes, water coolers with RO purifier, prayer hall, community hall, guest room, Wi-Fi, EPABX facilities etc.

The institute has three girls’ hostels equipped with double-seated rooms. Several facilities like two-bedded rooms, three bedded rooms, dining halls, wardrobes, water coolers with RO purifier, prayer hall, community hall, guest room, Wi-Fi, EPABX facilities etc are available for girls students on the campus.

SSGMCE Shegaon has a students health care centre which is located on campus and is easily accessible to all students. The healthcare centre is administered by a full-time medical officer. An emergency mobile van is also accessible round the clock to ensure that resident students and employees receive timely medical treatment. The consultation and medicines are all free of cost. A team of qualified doctors is available to give students with regular and intensive medical care. 

SSGMCE Shegaon has a muti-gym (health centre) equipped with modern gym equipment.

Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon has a Central Library and it provides information services and access to bibliographic and full text digital and printed resources. The Central Library is well-equipped with modern facilities and resources, such as CD-ROMs, online databases, audio-video cassettes, books, e-journals, IEEE journals, Research, CSI, CSRI, Encyclopedia patents, e-standards, theses, reports, periodicals, papers by national and international authors, CD's, CBT's, Audio/ Video Cassettes monographs etc.

Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon provides adequate infrastructural support for all such student activities that give students with physical health and personality development. The indoor sports facilities available on the campus are table tennis halls, chess/carrom rooms, a yoga hall and two badminton courts. However, the outdoor facilities available in SSGMCE Shegaon are two volleyball courts (with floodlights), kabaddi ground, three lawn tennis courts (2 clay and 1 hard court), Kho-Kho field, football ground, handball ground, basketball court (fully cemented with fibreglass board), 400 meters running track, cricket field, ball badminton ground etc.

The institute has a tier 3 data centre that provides 24x7 internet and intranet facility.

SSGMCE Shegaon has a canteen for the refreshment purpose of students and faculty members. Healthy food, soft drinks, tea, coffee, milk, food packets, etc. are available at a reasonable rate in the canteen.

Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon has a well-equipped modern auditorium with a seating capacity of 1200 with a balcony. The auditorium is equipped with an adequate pre-function area, latest interiors, acoustical treatment for sound control, BOSE Sound System, centrally controlled lighting and centralised air cooling system.

The college has an Alumni Association.

SSGMCE Shegaon has departmental based laboratories like Digital Signal Processing Lab, VLSI-Embedded System Design Lab, Power Electronics Lab, Instrumentation Lab etc.

The State Bank of India provides a wide range of services to students and teachers on campus, including electronic transfer of remittances, payment of fees, and other banking transactions.
