Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has a Boy's Hostel is established in the year 2006 to provide accommodation and mess facilities to students of Sir C.R.Reddy College of Engineering.  The rooms are furnished with cots, fans, tables, chairs, and shelves with iron doors. A washbasin with mirror and mosquito nets to window frames is also furnished. 

Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has a Girl's Hostel established in the year 2002 to provide accommodation and mess facilities to students. The hostel has 72 rooms spread over two floors and accommodates about 250 students. Each room is attached to a separate bathroom and water facility. 

Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has administrators of the college who are conscious of the need for medical help in times of emergency. A dispensary is set up with a full-time doctor and Nurse to attend to the students and staff for minor health problems and quick consultancy. The college has a tie-up with Ambulance services in Eluru for Emergency services. 

Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has sports facilities that are provided with adequate space transformed into playfields and courts. This facility starts in the morning at 8'0 clock and remains open till the college is closed. It is very much comfortable and the services are utilized more during the break period and lunchtime. 

Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has a well-furnished centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 504, with ultra-modern facilities like a hands-free LCD Projector, Audio Visual equipment are housed in a Built-up Space of 699.06 Sq Mts with an investment of Rs. 2.2 Crores, to conduct academic programs like seminars, workshops, symposiums, Guest Lectures, etc.

Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering has Public transport available in abundance for daily commutation. However, the management has provided adequate transport facilities to students as well as to staff to come to college from far-off places. Buses ply regularly from places like Vijayawada and also from local points of Eluru.
