The College has sports as an activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Sports are commonly referred to as activities where the physical capabilities of the competitor are the sole or primary determinant of the outcome (winning or losing), Sport is commonly defined as an organized, competitive, and skillful physical activity requiring commitment and fair play.

The College has in association with the Department of Computer Science conducts Short term courses on Computer Basics, Programming Languages, and Fundamentals of the internet for all UG Students Compulsory.

The College has 16 well-equipped labs with updated technology which is one of the strongest assets of the college. Practical sessions provide authentic and current knowledge to every budding scientist. The college takes pride in its labs that harbor favorable nurturing ground for personal growth, research, and social progress. The college has computer labs, physics labs, chemistry labs, botany labs, zoology labs, mathematics labs, biotechnology labs, and language labs to give practical training in the respective fields. 

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The institute has auditoriums. The auditorium is used for several occasions such as the First-year inauguration, Fresher’s party, Felicitation functions, Alumni events, Major department level events, and others. The auditorium has 250 seating capacity.

The college has a gym that is well equipped with a multi-gym, a range of free weights, and aerobic equipment. The gym is great for building strength, burning fat, improving general fitness, or for specific sports conditioning. The gym is open to all members of SSCASC. The college gym is maintained by the Department of Physical Education. 

The College has an underground and outdoor and Underground spacious parking facility with CCTV which can accommodate two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Wide and sufficient parking places are provided separately for staff and students with 24 x 7 security.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
