Boys Hostel

The College has a Boys' Hostel with accommodation for around 275 students on the campus. There are 73 rooms, a separate Warden Office, and a Waiting Room. Facilities like a separate Study Room, Fitness Centre, Indoor Games, and LCD TV are provided. All necessary furniture like a chair, a study table, a bed (excluding bedding), a cupboard, and a ceiling fan, are provided in each room. The Hostel is well equipped with amenities like water coolers and geysers. Fire extinguishers and water pipes are also installed in the Hostel to avoid any fire incidents. CCTV cameras have been installed at specific points to keep strict vigilance.

Girls Hostel

The library has. Accommodation for female students is provided in the Girls' Hostel of GGS College for Women, situated on the same campus. Medical/Hospital

 The College established Bhai Kanhaiya Health Centre, and since the,n it is running at different locations to acknowledge the services of Bhai Kanhaiya for his selfless service to the wounded on the battlefield. In 2002, it was started at SGGS College, and on Nov 20, 2011, it was upgraded and inaugurated by the CM of Punjab, S Prakash Singh Badal. Services provided by the health center include Free first-aid and emergency injections to students and staff members of all four SES institutions on the campus.

Laboratories

The library has Various laboratories related to Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology are extensively equipped with the latest gadgets.

Library

The library has an exclusive section for the Postgraduate departments and a large collection of religious writings and special collections pertaining to the Sikh Studies. Moreover, the library has a collection of 51,000 books (approx.), 41 subscribed journals, 20 magazines, 16 newspaper subscriptions, and 365 CD ROMs. The special collection includes Punjab University exam results in gazettes up to 2005, Newspaper clipping service, and employment alerts.

The college campus is fully wi-fi enabled. The whole campus including the hostel has been connected via a 100 Mbps leased line connection. The college has 24x7 monitoring and control through e-surveillance.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The College has a fully Air Conditioned Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa Multipurpose Hall with a seating capacity of 150 persons. MP Hall is extensively used for conducting various seminars, workshops, symposia, guest lectures, panel discussions, etc.

The Legal Literacy Club of the College was formed in 2017-18 under the aegis of the State Legal Service Authority (SLSA) to spread Legal Literacy and awareness among the students and make them responsible citizens of the country. The Club regularly organizes seminars and other co-curricular activities to enhance legal literacy among the students and make them aware of the workings of the State Legal Service Authority.
