The College has a good library, computer facilities, and computer labs to further assist students with their studies. One can do their research and assignments in well-conditioned laboratories. Every institution of the SBS group of Education has its own Computer Labs and Library. The library of SBS is spread over 10000 sq. ft. of area, having more than 10,000 books of a versatile nature and various subjects. All the libraries are enriched with all modern facilities, having e-journals, magazines, books, etc. All the institutions of the SBS Group of Education have several computers installed with the relevant and latest software.

The college has canteen facilities for staff and students. The canteen provides fresh and hygienic food to everyone on campus at a reasonable price.

The college sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports facilities and playgrounds for the students. The sports facilities ensure the overall well-being of the students.

The college has very well-equipped labs. Students are encouraged to acquire application skills and apply the knowledge from the classroom in practice. Various departments and programmes have their own independent labs. Well-equipped laboratories exist for Physics, Chemistry, Medical Equipment, such as inorganic/ Organic chemistry Lab, Pharmaceutical Analysis Lab, Medicinal Chemistry Lab, Pharmacology Lab, Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab, Central Instrumentation facility, Advanced Computation, etc., which are supervised by competent faculty members and efficient instructors.

The college has five fully equipped computer labs with state-of-the-art computing resources providing one-to-one access to students. Labs are ably powered with the latest software applications in medicine, hospitality, educational training and information technology. The computer centre is centrally air-conditioned and is backed up by high caliber UPS to ensure uninterrupted operations. The computer dome has dedicated broadband Internet connectivity for round-the-clock operations. Moreover, the computer centre is upgraded from time to time to ensure that the facilities remain at par with the latest. The computer centres are geared to provide a specialist environment for the student to accomplish their assigned task.

The college has a modern auditorium on the college campus. The auditorium is used for organising seminars, workshops, and other events.

The college also provides guest room facilities for visiting faculty members and parents of students on the campus. The guestroom is equipped with well-furnished and has the necessary amenities.

The college's medical facilities are also provided to the college’s students and faculty. A healthcare center with first-aid medical facilities is available at the Thakur Yugraj Singh Mahavidyalaya campus.

The college has a strong and well-connected association with its ex-members. The Alumni Association of Thakur Yugraj Singh Mahavidyalaya, Fatehpur, works to strengthen the collaboration between existing and former members of the college.
