We try to celebrate different cultural festivals during the holidays in our hostel so that our students who stay back can enjoy the feel too of the festivities. Our students are well taken care of during any medical emergency. The premises are well protected by security guards in charge of monitoring the hostels 24×7. Life in our hostel is a stepping stone to further independence under the strict vigilance of the hostel supervisor. We have a dedicated team of wardens and caretakers who help resolve the problems of the boarders. Students are advised to comply with the rules and regulations of our hostels.

The college computer lab is equipped with general and domain-specific software for quality teaching and research. All the computers in our computer lab are provided with the latest updated software and hardware. The teaching of information technology and computer-based papers is carried out through adequate classes, as we always wish our students to be conversant with modern learning aids.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college separately houses canteen facilities to provide refreshments to the students. Students find it the most suitable place to relax and discuss topics of interest during leisure time. Our canteen is spacious and well-maintained to cater to the students with a choice of hygienic and delicious dishes. The canteen space essentially is the center of learning and discussion beyond classrooms for our students to discuss topics of their interest during their leisure time. 

The college has laboratory is always considered a relevant and essential part of science teaching. Industry orientation to students is provided through the practical application of concepts, experiments, and research, enhancing their practical knowledge. Each department at the Institute boasts an array of highly advanced laboratories that are sufficiently equipped with the latest instruments and apparatus. The aim is to provide students with a conceptual and practical understanding of the subject through hands-on training. Our biochemistry, histopathology, hematology, and physics laboratories are just a few, and they are well-equipped to meet the cutting-edge, international standards. 

The college has library occupies a prominent position, and it is an essential and integral part of the teaching program. It is not merely a depository of books but also a powerful workshop instrument in the production of original thinking.
The central library of our Institute is where all inquisitive queries are sorted; knowledge is enriched and resourced through our vast collection of books, study materials, referrals, etc. We have more than one lakh books on various subjects related to our courses' different streams and the healthcare industry. We also have subscriptions to print versions of national and international journals, besides access to a host of e-journals.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a need for the safe passage of each child to the Institute and back home, which is of paramount importance. To ensure safe travel, our college has its fleet of outsourced school buses designed as per standards and operated by trained drivers. We provide transport facilities to our students, faculty, and staff through our self-owned comfortable buses. The buses ply on different routes in the city to pick up and drop off commuters.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The college has that paramedics are the backbone of modern super-specialized healthcare sectors. WHO suggested that by 2025, approximately 90 lakhs of skilled paramedics are required to serve different healthcare sectors in every step of providing quality healthcare services, from diagnostic to proper treatment delivery to the post-recovery period.

This is one of the reasons why students from 16 different states across India came to Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences, as these graduate courses are offered under one roof by very few institutes all over India.

To date, one thousand five hundred paramedics & nursing students have passed out from TIPS & are working in different renowned Government & corporate healthcare sectors in India & abroad. Many of those have also completed their higher studies for better professional proficiency and also serve as faculty in different academic institutes.
