The College has an excellent library for the benefit of students. The library has a collection of 40000+ books covering various branches of engineering technology and pharmacology. The library is well protected with fire alarms and CCTV Security systems. In the Truba Library, more than 200 bound volumes of books, a bank facility, 50+ subscriptions to journals, 20+ subscriptions to magazines, and a video lecture series are available.

The College has Sports that play a vital for shaping the personality and fitness of a person and giving a global experience to all the students. An on-campus sports environment matching global standards is provided to all the students at TRUBA. Since its establishment, the Sports department has played a vital role in students’ lives by reshaping their personality and adding values like Teamwork and a positive attitude. The department is continuously expanding to provide support to every individual to pursue the sport of his/her choice. The students are encouraged to take part in indoor & outdoor games and sports as the games constitute an integral part of education. Besides providing physical and mental discipline, they inculcate in students the noble qualities of team spirit, discipline, sportsmanship, and self-confidence. A large playground on the campus is well-equipped for cricket, hockey, football, basketball, and other games. The motive is to maximize development and excellence at all levels of participation in sports to improve social cohesion, nation-building, and the quality of life.

The College, located alongside the auditorium Tarang, the college canteen is one of the largest ones, boasting a wide range of menus to choose from. Students here enjoy their meals and can get a break from their schedules by relaxing in the cool atmosphere the canteen offers. The best part is that the menu changes along with the weather, so that there is a huge stock of cold stuff in summer and hot beverages in winter. TRUBA CAFETERIA - The Cafeteria in TCST is a take-and-go, coffee and snacks parlor, designed specifically to relax and refreshment. The menu of snacks varies every week, with the best quality assured by the college team.

The College has a seminar hall. It is aesthetically designed for all the important workshops and seminars. The seminar hall is facilitated with the latest technology and is well–equipped with multimedia projectors. It can accommodate up to 350 students, and interactive sessions are taken up by the management, faculty, staff & students. Guest lectures and interactions are also conducted in the seminar hall, which is efficiently operational with the support of Visual and audio aids facilitating presentations.
