The medical service on campus provides a wide variety of general health and wellness services to help keep students at their best.Sevices of medical Allied health personnel to conduct medical checkup and health education programmes in VGSEK campus as and when required.

Library and Information Centre, VGSEK is one of the best engineering college libraries in the state. It started its function with a vision to serve the information needs of its users and it mainly holds books related to engineering and allied subjects. The Vaageswari College of Engineering established its library in the year 2005. The library has a collection of over 33328 Volumes of reference, textbooks, humanities, literature, and management. The library amazingly rich collection contains Abstracts, Directories, Yearbooks, and Biographical sources, Textbooks, Thesis, Dissertations, Encyclopedias and General books. The library is also subscribing for 142 National journals, 30 general magazines and library subscribed full text online database like IEEE, Elsevier (Science Direct), ASCE, ASME, Springer, J-GATE Comprising of more than 2485 journals, N-LIST E-resources (Through INFLIBNET),McGraw-Hill e-Books, NPTEL facility (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) to access video lectures and Membership of DELNET (Interlibrary loan) for resource sharing. Digital library with 10 systems to access the E-Journals, E-books, CD/DVD’s are available in a library. All in-house operations in the library are fully computerized and provide web-based access to the online catalog of the library.

Besides the academic activities, Students would like together attention relieved and focused on fun and physique. Sports activities help the students to keep them fit both mentally and physically. The institution provides abundant facilities for the students to get accustomed with the varied sports activities like Basket Ball, Football, Hockey, Cricket, Throw a ball, Ball-badminton, Kabbadi, Aesthetics, Kho-Kho, Volley Ball and indoor games like Badminton, Cress, Carom, Table Tennis and Weight-lifting. Our students know all the angles, to bring laurels to the college and themselves.

The college is providing buses to commuter students and staff from various parts of the city. In addition to this, APSRTC also plies buses exclusively for our college purpose. we also ply our college buses from major town of Karimnagar, Pricilla, Jagithyala, Peddapalli & Siddipeta dist.
