Vidyasagar Teachers Training College, Paschim Medinipur

The college has ICT laboratory was recently renovated and upgraded to facilitate our learners. We have about 26 desktop sets in the laboratory with strong LAN connections. There is an Over Head Projector and whiteboard for the teacher educators to instruct the learners. The laboratory is useful for B.Ed. trainee teachers as they get to learn the digital know-how and technicalities of computers and the use of ICT in education. It helps trainee teachers to become competent and confident users of technology and use the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the teaching-learning process. The trainees also use the laboratory for making various practicums starting from simple PowerPoint to more complex ones (BLOG preparation). Our institution also uses this laboratory to organize special classes on ICT.

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
