YSM Ranchi library facilities offer a collection of books and journals, course-related books, international journals, magazines, electronic resources, and books on a wide range of topics. 

The YSM Ranchi space contains a large auditorium which serves as a venue for various events, including seminars, workshops, cultural activities and guest speaker sessions. 

The campus features a spacious canteen which operates as a dining facility and recreational space for students and staff. It serves a wide selection of healthy meals and snacks which students and staff can purchase at affordable rates.

The YSM Ranchi operates a Health Care Unit which functions as a medical facility on its premises. It provides primary medical services together with first-aid treatment and health advisory services. A qualified doctor visits the campus weekly and is available for emergencies.

YSM Ranchi has air-conditioned computer laboratories. There are multiple computer labs with rapid internet connection and smart and latest technologies and software for the students.

The College provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students that help them maintain their physical fitness. YSM Ranchi Sports facilities include table tennis, carom, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and badminton courts.

 The YSM Ranchi provides separate and organised parking areas for students and staff to safely park their two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

The whole YSM Ranchi is in a Wi-Fi environment, thus facilitating the faculty and students' access to the Internet anytime, anywhere, and allowing students to browse through digital materials, e-books, and e-journals.

The YSM Ranchi has a formal Alumni Association with over 120 members. The organisation focuses on establishing professional connections between members while they seek industry guidance to enhance educational programs and arrange mentoring sessions between former students and current students for professional development.
