The College provides separate accommodation for girls in the Bimla Girls Hostel, featuring well-furnished rooms with all necessary comforts for optimal student performance. The mess facility operates on a cooperative basis.

The College library at MRDAVIMS Rohtak is a learning resource centre with an air-conditioned reading room for 100 students.
