The college has provided sufficient time and facilities for sports and gymnasiums. The facilities for indoor games like carom & chess are available. Outdoor games like Volleyball, Cricket, Kho-Kho, and Kabaddi are available and the grounds are ready for the same. 

A good educational setup is characterized by a rich library and excellent library facilities. NMPI has a good collection of over 9179 volumes that includes 4191 reference books. A total Reading room capacity of 105 for a student is available in the library. E-journals of IEEE, J-Gate, and ASTM are available Online to the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has a canteen inside the campus in which a variety of dishes are available at reasonable rates to the students as well as teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. It is capable of catering to the demands of the students and can accommodate 40 persons at a time. It has a spacious, clean, and properly maintained room as well as a kitchen. It also caters to the functions organized in the college and other related programs like Seminars, Workshops, Technical Events, etc.

The purpose of the Training and Placement is to give the students the right knowledge, skills,s, and aptitude to meet the manpower requirements of the Industry and become self-sustainable as far as their knowledge is concerned. The Training and Placement Cell at NMPI is facilitated by the Central Training and Placement Officer and Training and Placement Coordinators of each individual department.
