Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram

The college provides separate boys’ hostels within the campus with accommodation for students and interns. The hostels are well-equipped with a mess, common room, sick room, guest room, recreation area, study rooms, and adequate toilet facilities. Security is ensured round the clock by SIS Security Agency personnel.

Separate girls’ hostels are available within the campus for students and interns. These hostels also include a mess, common room, sick room, guest room, recreation area, study rooms, and proper sanitary facilities. Continuous security is maintained by SIS Security Agency guards.

The College has Student and staff are given preference and subsidized for their treatments. There is a sick room in the hostel for students and interns.

Narayan Medical College and Hospital Sasaram well-equipped gym facility is available within the campus to promote physical fitness and overall well-being of students.

The college has a fully air-conditioned library with a large collection of updated textbooks and reference books, along with national and international journals. It provides seating capacity for students in reading rooms, along with a separate reading area for faculty members. The library also includes a journal section and new arrivals display area, and is equipped with Medlar and e-library facilities.

Facilities are available for indoor games such as carrom, table tennis, and chess, as well as outdoor sports including cricket, football, and volleyball.

Narayan Medical College and Hospital Sasaram has computer laboratory is available to familiarise students with computer applications, software, hardware, and related operations.

Separate canteens are provided for students and faculty, along with a cafeteria within the college building for students and visitors.

The college has a multipurpose hall with seating capacity for several hundred people. It is equipped with audio-visual aids and an LCD projector and is used for academic activities and examinations.

Each pre-clinical and para-clinical department has a student laboratory and a separate research laboratory, along with a central research laboratory in accordance with regulatory standards.
