The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students. Some Of Laboratories are- Physics Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory, Language Laboratory.

The College has separate hostels for outstation boys residing in the sprawling campus with a capacity of 414 boys. These hostels aim to develop a healthy environment of commitment and discipline among the students. The students are encouraged to develop community life and inculcate the spirit of tolerance, thus taking care of their psychological and emotional problems and shape themselves to be better citizens. It is in this spirit and sense of direction that rules and regulations are framed carefully for orderly and peaceful living, and to make the students better individuals and leaders of tomorrow.

The Institute has an extremely well-kept self-service cafeteria appropriately named ‘Sip-n-Bite Café’. It caters to the students taste-bud and is a great place to unwind in between the hectic lecture-lab schedules. The way to the cafeteria is refreshingly beautiful and the atmosphere inside it is heart-warming and relaxing. It has a modern, comfortable, aesthetically planned seating arrangement. The rich and varied fare it offers ranges from quick, crisp anytime-snacks, delicious ice-creams, hot and cold beverages to sumptuous meals. And all this is available at very reasonable, in fact, appetizing rates.

The Central library of the college is really a place of individual study and research and also maintains an excellent learning environment. It has a treasure trove of more than 55000 volumes of books beside 3000 CDs. The Library subscribes to 78 national and international print research Journals, magazines, newsletters and 9 dailies. It also provides access to 244 title of current e-journals of Springer, ASME and ASCE as well as their back volumes meeting in totality the guidelines regarding a provision of e-journals in the library by AICTE. The subscription of such e-journals costs approx Rs. 10 lac per year. The Central library also stacks 1052 back volumes of periodicals in bound form with 228 titles for reference and record. Each department also has its own Departmental Library to caters the needs of both faculty members and students in the department itself.

Branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce is in operation with ATM facility within the campus.

Medical facilities are available for students and staff. Two MBBS doctors regularly visit the college. One pharmacist and an ambulance are also available.

The Institute operates bus services from all major cities and suburbs like Delhi, Panipat, Karnal, Rohtak, Safidon, Jind, Sonepat, Gannaur, Samalkha, Gharaunda, Gohana and other nearby areas. NCCE Technical Campus has more than 30 busses in its Transportation fleet. These services operate with almost zero profit-making goals and are available on all working days, examination days etc at fixed timings. It originates from major locations of all the cities mentioned above and terminates at the campus. The central points are determined by the transport committee constituted by the Governing Body.

The College has a gymnasium for the faculty and students with all kind of facilities and latest machines.

Indoor and outdoor sports facility is available in the campus. Facilities for Day and Night Cricket Matches are also available in the campus.

The college has good networking for the alumni association. Aims and Objectives To provide a forum to establish a link between the alumni, management, faculty and students of the college. To enable the alumni to participate in activities which would contribute to the general development of the college. To keep the alumni abreast of scientific and technological development of national importance. To keep the alumni in resolving their technical Problems. To institute prizes and scholarships and render financial aid to deserving students of the college.
