The collgege age of the globalized world, the role of the computer is not only for the student community but for every individual. To develop knowledge of computer applications in day-to-day life, one computer lab has been set up with all modern amenities in the college, including four digital classrooms with overhead projectors. Further, PGDCA courses are proposed to be started in the next academic session (2018-19).

The College library is the heart of an educational institution. The library of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya is no less than one which is located on the first floor of the college building with a very rich collection in various subjects covering all textbooks, reference books, journals, and newspapers. Students may borrow books from the library against the Library Cards. They may read various newspapers and journals in the reading room of the library.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. PDUAM, Tulungia, has a well-structured and hygienic canteen facility for the students and staff. The college canteen has around 50 seats and provides various hygienic foods and is maintained by a high committee.

The college has a girls' hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The Rani Abhayeswari Hostel, which is situated inside the campus of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya, Tulungia, Bongaigaon, Assam-783383, is a tribute to the ruler of Bijni Raj Estate, Queen Abhayeswari Devi. She was the only ruler of the Bijni Raj Estate who was honored by the British administration by being offered the Kaiser-i-Hind gold medal. The Rani Abhayeswari Hostel was established in the year 2017, with an accommodation capacity of 68 boarders.

The college has first aid cell of the college is engaged in providing immediate assistance to any person suffering from sudden illness or injury.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has to promote and encourage friendly relations among all the members of the Association. 

The College has provided free 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities within the college campus for the greater benefit of the students and staff. The main motive is to enhance the students’ participation in digital and e-learning systems.

The college has Tulugia, which provides digital classrooms and internet facilities for the students of the college. These facilities will be helpful for the students to connect with the globe and to enhance awareness of digital learning.

The college has the National Service Scheme (NSS), which is a Central Sector Scheme of the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. NSS Unit, PDUAM Tulungia was formed in 2017 to provide exposure to the students for regular and special camping activities in college and the community. Any student can voluntarily join NSS. Being an active member, these student volunteers would have the exposure and experience to be an accomplished social leader, an efficient administrator, and a person who understands human nature.
