The  Parul Institute of Architecture and Research provides a Medical Facility with 350 bedded Parul Sevashram Hospital and 250 bedded Parul Ayurveda Hospital is operational 24×7 on the campus and students have to all the healthcare facilities including emergency Hospitals are equipped with all Clinical Departments, Advanced Radiology & Pathology Department.

The Parul Institute of Architecture and Research provides a Fitness Center with a Modern Gymnasium & Aerobics Arena spread over an area of more than 5000 square feet with sophisticated equipment, a steam bath, a sauna bath, hot showers, and a changing area. A team of Qualified and Highly Experienced Fitness Trainers guides students at the gymnasium as well as for aerobics. A full-time dietician & nutritionist are also available at the fitness centre for counselling the students for a healthy & nutritious diet plan. A swimming pool with a qualified trainer is also available on campus for the students.
