PPG Institute of Technology medical facilities are provided to students and staff. The medical facilities include first aid facility, general treatment and emergency care in times of emergency.

The college provides a gym facility for students, equipped with modern, state-of-the-art equipment. The gym operates with flexible timings, allowing students to access it conveniently in the morning or evening.

The PPG Institute of Technology Coimbatore library is a modern, digitalised facility supporting engineering, technology, and management studies. It houses 6,000 books, e-journals, digital resources, multimedia materials, OPAC access, and IEEE/IEL e-resources through the INDEST-AICTE Consortium, enhancing teaching, learning, and research.

The college provides excellent sports facilities, including grounds and equipment for a variety of indoor and outdoor games. These facilities encourage students to stay active, develop teamwork and maintain overall fitness.

The college has a fully air-conditioned, spacious, and modern computer centre equipped with advanced facilities. It houses 600 DELL systems networked through a LAN to a central HP server. The centre supports Linux and Windows platforms and offers printing and scanning services, with systems featuring Intel Core i3 processors, DDR3 RAM, SATA hard drives, and multimedia capabilities.

The PPG Institute of Technology cafeteria facility is available for both students and staff. The cafeteria and its surroundings are well-maintained, and the food served is hygienic, nutritious, and reasonably priced, making it accessible to everyone.
