The college has hostels at Bichpuri, which accommodate nearly 1250 students in spacious and well-equipped rooms. Four hostels for boys are available for students. There is the provision of RO water plants and a Generator Backup facility in case of Power Failure in all the hostels. The hostels are fully safe and enclosed with boundary walls and have the provisions of Indoor and Outdoor games and recreation facilities for the students. The essential requirements for the safety, security, and privacy of the students are taken care of Hostel inmates attain the latest information of the world through newspapers, magazines, and T.V. which are kept in the common rooms.

The college has a well-qualified medical practitioner as Consultant Medical Officer and the students can avail themselves of the medical facilities free of cost within the institute campus at any time during college hours. The Institute also has links with well-equipped hospitals in Agra to deal with severe emergency cases (if any). The vehicle is readily available all 24 hours to take students to the hospitals, in case an emergency arises.

The college has a well-equipped air-conditioned library and reading room to cater to the needs of staff and students. This Library has Thirty-five Thousand (35,000) books and 6000 Titles. Various Journals of Technology and Sciences are also available. This library contributes to about One hundred and Forty-five journals including Forty-eight foreign journals and twenty-two magazines which are always displayed and kept handy for the readers in the library reading room for current updates. Apart from this, there is the digital library which is equipped with a sufficient number of computers, internet connectivity, LCD projector, e-books and journals, database, and software. Our library is a member of DELNET for the study of e-journals and e-books. We have sufficient staff and well-qualified librarians to organize and run the library activities.

The college has vast and well maintained Sports Ground is available in the institute. Facilities for playing football, Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, and Volleyball are available on the sports grounds. Tournaments in these sports are organized in the institute at the university level. The institute organizes annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part. Indoor game facilities are also available in hostels. Facilities for playing Table Tennis, Carom. Chess and Badminton are available.

The college computer learning resource centers are packed with the latest computers giving good access to the internet. The Students are trained in a state-of-the-art computer lab using the latest software and hardware as well as high-speed and problem-free internet connection. In addition, the Institute constantly upgrades its computer; lab so that the latest in circulation in the professional world is available to students even before they step into the professional arena. The computer center of the institute has the latest system/application software, operating system, and various utility software. Internet facility is available on all the systems throughout the campus through 25 Mbps. All students & staff are allowed to access the Internet for academic and research purposes.

The college has a Cafeteria for the students and staff a well-maintained is situated within the institute campus premises. Good Quality, Hygienic and tasty snacks, and food items are available during institute timings at reasonable rates.

The college has run its fleet of buses for the day scholars. Five buses are available with the Institute for this purpose. This bus facility is available for the students at reasonable conveyance charges. This facility is also used by the students for examinations industrial visits etc.

The College Alumni Association (RBSETAA) was founded on March 29, 2012, with Prof. A. P. Singh, Director, of R.B.S. Engineering Technical Campus as the President of the association. Prof. B.D.K. Patro is the Vice President and Prof. O.P. Singh is the Secretary of RBSETAA. The registered office of the Association is located at RBS Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri, Agra-283105(UP), India. The first Alumni Meet of RBSETAA was held on April 14, 2012. It was attended by 50 members and the proceedings lasted a whole day. RBSETAA provides a common platform for the alumni of the Institute to reach out to other alumni across various batches, branches, and interests. The Alumni Association represents a very significant group of professionals, contributing effectively in their chosen areas of activity. The Alumni Association is functioning at the Institute as a nodal agency for maintaining liaison with alumni all over the world and to involve them in the development of the Institute. RBSETAA promotes and encourages the alumni to exchange professional knowledge by undertaking and facilitating conferences, seminars, lectures, and meetings amongst alumni, students, faculty, and others. It will also honor and felicitate distinguished alumni.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an air-conditioned guest house available on the campus for official and non-official guests, visiting professors, and examiners. This facility is also extended to guardians/parents to ensure a comfortable stay.
