The library houses an extensive collection of over 4000 books, as well as 7 journals (both Indian and international), magazines, newspapers, and research documents. It also has a large number of CDs, audio and video cassettes. Additionally, the library subscribes to 5 general magazines and offers internet facilities to support students’ academic needs.

The Obstetrical and Gynecological Nursing department integrates both theoretical and practical elements to train students in maternal and child health (MCH) care. Our graduates and postgraduates are trained by expert faculty to ensure they are competent and efficient in providing the highest quality care to the community. We focus on enabling students to serve as educators, managers, and researchers in the field of obstetrical and gynecological nursing. 

Nurses require a solid understanding of nutrition in health and disease to deliver comprehensive care to individuals and communities. The Nutrition Lab is a crucial part of the nursing college, offering students the opportunity to learn, practice, and understand the relationship between food and health. Under the guidance of experienced faculty, students gain hands-on experience to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of nutrition. 

In this department, students are provided with nursing practice scenarios that blend primary health care and the principles of public health nursing. Activities such as home visits, field surveys, and door-to-door delivery of healthcare are designed to develop students' community health nursing skills. These practical experiences prepare them to serve the health needs of both urban and rural populations effectively.
