The college has a composite unit of M.Ed, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed has been actively engaged in teachers’ training programs.  It also provides study facilities, and educational and recreational reading not only for the students but also for the staff and faculty of the Academy. The college endeavors to make the library quite user-friendly. Equipped with books, journals, periodicals, and newspapers, the library is highly recommended to accommodate a maximum number of students at a time, with an ambiance of strict discipline. The library is a wealth of knowledge. The infrastructure of the library is excellent. Apart from ample space allowing easy manual browsing of the book,s it provides adequate reading facilities. The library has an enriched collection of books. The library is not stocked with books as per the latest syllabus, but there are also advanced books for precocious students.

The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students, Art Craft Lab, Math Lab, Physical Science Lab, Life Science Lab, Geography Lab, Language Lab, Psychology Lab, Music Lab, and Physical Education Lab, etc

The College for Teachers’ Education is an accredited Teacher Training College. The College offers various programs from a diploma to master's level in its lush green campus. Healthy living with a healthy mind is the key policy of the College. It provides the facility of Canteen services with the provision of hygienically prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. A subsidised mess facility for boys' and girls ' hostels is also provided. Our Canteen provides the perfect ambience for students to unwind both individually and in groups. Special care has been taken to make sure that the students get hygienic & nutritious food. The canteen remains open throughout the day and has a variety of snacks, tea, coffee, and other beverages to offer.

The College provides free transportation to the students and staff from different locations with a point pick up and drop off facility.

The college has boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has gained an immense reputation among teaching aspirants and experienced teaching professionals since its inception in 2009. The Institute has its sole focus on the high quality of Teacher Education. The Institution has an Alumni Association called ‘The Alumni Association of Rajendra Academy’ and is registered under the Societies Act. All the former students of the College are members of this association. The concept of the Alumni association is to provide a forum to bring together on one platform all the old students of the College so that they can contribute their expertise and share experiences within the arena of teacher education to help the existing trainee teachers achieve their goals. The idea took shape, and the formation of the Alumni Association turned into reality. The Alumni Association organizes the Annual Alumni Meet every year. 

The college provides students with first aid training and also helps in reducing the risk and empowers them with the ability to assess and manage the situation in the event of a medical emergency. First Aid and Health Checking facility is made active on the college premises. The college supervises the first aid and health check-up part with ample responsibilities. This is to ensure that the college's First Aid Team can provide the check-up quite competently.

The College has a spacious, well-ventilated, and furnished Multi-Purpose Hall with a seating capacity of 350 persons, with an area of 400 square feet. This hall is named Tapan Kumar Chakraborty Memorial Hall and is located in the basement of the College. The hall is the central venue for the major events of the College, which are organized throughout the year. It is a common space for the students, faculty members, and other stakeholders to interface with each other during seminars, conferences, workshops, guest lectures, symposiums, panel discussions, and other events. The Multipurpose Hall blooms in full color during the College Foundation Day program, Freshers’ Welcome, Teachers' Day, Alumni Reunion, etc.

The College strives to provide qualitative teacher education programs with professional competence. The College takes into account the prime objective of preparing the teacher trainees with multiple skills for the successful execution of the task of nation-building. As part of this mission, PLACEMENT CELL was established in the College in 2019 to provide a platform to successful students in academics. The institution ties up with English medium schools in West Bengal and neighboring states to provide better opportunities to talented trainee teachers and sketch out a better plan to organize the Job Fair on the College campus every year.

The PLACEMENT CELL of Rajendra Academy for Teachers’ Education plays a significant role and has been focusing on developing proactive roles among trainee teachers through knowledge acquisition, techno-pedagogic skills, and dedication. Competition for employment is increasing day by day as new frontiers of employment are entering the teaching profession. The Placement Cell of the College is committed to providing all sorts of facilities to the students for suitable employment based on their qualifications and skills.
