The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. All hostels have mess facilities for students. Two faculty members are posted as wardens in each hostel. Each hostel is provided with sports and games equipment and fields for badminton and lawn tennis, a TV hall, a music system, a medical kit, Aqua guards, a kitchen, garden, dining hall, and a stage for the cultural program. Each hostel has a security post in front of it and is provided with a security guard for twenty-four hours for the safety of the residents.

Usually, girls' hostels are provided with some typical facilities such as ironing, fridge, library, overhead projector, water heater, visiting rooms, workers room, waiting place for parents, and other facilities. All the hostels are covered under Wi-Fi.

The Institute has a health center on the campus. The health center has two part-time doctors, two pharmacists, and one attendant. One room with two beds for patients, one dressing room, and one storeroom for medicines are available inside the health center. Some prescribed medicines are freely provided to the students, staff, and their family members. Apart from regular duties, the doctors also provide health care and treatment during the sports meet and examination period of the institute. The healthcare center possesses blood pressure measuring instruments (Sphygmomanometer), AutoClave, Dressing instruments, Glucometer, Weighing machine, height measurement machine, etc. These are thoroughly utilized by the staff members and students (both RIE and DMS) of the institute.

The College Library has a collection of more than 85,000 documents on various disciplines. The main collection is in the fields of Education, School Education, Teacher Education, Science Education, Social Science Education, and Language Education. The collection of the Library comprises Books, Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries, Atlases, Maps, Back Volumes of Journals, Annual Reports, Yearbooks, Conference proceedings, Educational Surveys and Reports, M.Ed. dissertations, Ph.D. Thesis and NCERT publications. The library is subscribing to several national and international journals both print and online. It also provides access to important e-resources through N-LIST, DELNET, and SAGE platforms. 

The college has a departmental-laboratory facility for the students namely Psychology Lab – The laboratory has a stock of approximately 138 psychological tests used as part of the course, supplement materials or tools to collect information for research and teaching-learning process for courses like DCGC, M.Ed, and M.Phil.and for various in-service teacher training programs. This lab is also used as a counseling cell for students.

The College Computer Application Centre is comprised of two laboratories with a server room and storeroom along with the Head and in-charge's chamber. It has hundreds of PCs and laptops fully loaded with all essential software and internet with wi-fi connectivity.

The college Canteen of the institute is centrally located in between the institute and DM school building. The Management of the Canteen is directly under the control of the College Administration. All students and staff of the Institute as well as DM school benefit from the canteen. The menu is being planned by the assigned team of Canteen Management and instructions are given to the Contractor to maintain the hygienic standard of the food. The canteen is also used to serve food during the PAC programs and meetings of the institute.

The College has a large size new Auditorium with 200 sitting capacity.

The college has a State Bank Of India is present inside the campus of the RIE College

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student families guest houses are fully AC with 12 rooms for resource persons/guests/dignitaries and another one having well furnished 38 non-AC rooms to accommodate guests, participants of various teacher training programs and parents of the students

The entire campus is networked with fiber optics cable and Wi-Fi connection with 100 Mbps internet connectivity from NIC
