Seth Sri Tulsiram Gilda Nrupatunga Arts and Commerce First Grade College, Gulbarga

The college considers the library as the “Center of Knowledge.” The library has 1 big hall with 4 rooms. The facilities available are a computer with internet for staff and students, and a photocopier. UPS has been set up in the library for an uninterrupted power supply. The Library is automated with a barcode. Pure drinking water with an RO facility has been provided in the library, and CCTV cameras have also been set up in the library.

The college has a large playground. The students use it for outdoor games such as Cricket, volleyball, Kabaddi, football, and through balls. And indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom, and Chess are played.

The college has a modern central Computer Laboratory with 25 Computers with internet facilities. There is a staff to maintain the systems and provide technical assistance to faculty and students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a health care center established in the women’s hostel. Regular Medical Checkup camps are organized. A Doctor visits the college for a medical check-up for the students.

The college has provided two separate rooms for boys and girls for gymnastics. This has helped the students to keep themselves healthy. 20% of the students make use of it. It was established 10 years ago.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a seminar hall with advanced facilities like an LCD Projector, a laptop, a computer smart board, and a well-equipped podium to organize seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
