Medical/Hospital
The College has a Health Centre on Campus, which is mostly used by Hostel Students. First Aid Box and Medical Appliances are provided. Emergency Medical services are available to students.
Library
The college has At SIGC, we have 3 well-stocked libraries with 55,200 volumes of books, all classified under global standards. We also subscribe to about 200 periodicals, which include national & international journals, and national magazines. The 3 libraries have a total of nearly 51914 volumes of books. The total area of the library (in sq m) is 1. General library - 240 sq m 2. M.C.A library - 108 sq m 3. M.B.A library - 106 sq m. All libraries are digitized and connected via LAN, so it is possible to access any library from any computer.
Sports
The College Students participate in indoor and outdoor sports activities conducted by the college during the Annual Sports Meet, and also participate in sports tournaments held outside. A few students have been selected to represent the University and the South Zone in hockey, netball, volleyball, and taekwondo. Students also learn Yoga and participate in Yoga Meets.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has 6 MBPS leased line connections, connecting around 100 computers to the internet. A 1 MBPS broadband connection connects around 40 computers to the internet. Internet facilities can be availed by research scholars, faculty, and hostel students after 2 pm on all working days free of cost. We get a bandwidth/speed of 100 Mbps during peak hours.
Cafeteria
The College has a Large Cafeteria, accommodating more than 100 people, with Stainless Steel Tables and Benches available on the Campus where things are sold at subsidized rates. Purified Water facilities are also available.
Auditorium

Alumni Associations
The college has an Alumni Association, which is a point of contact between the college and its old students. The college maintains a database of all its alumni who are in contact with the college or its members. The association frequently conducts Alumnae meets, helping the alumni to share their views about the college and give valuable suggestions for the improvement of the college. A healthy exchange of expert opinion and help is the star aspect of the association.
Transport Facility
The college has a fleet of buses to pick up staff and students from specific Locations in the district to the college and back to their homes. We have 13 buses and 6 vans. These buses are also used for transporting staff and students to Seminars / Conferences held at the University / Other Institutions and to field trips and industrial visits.

The College has a full-fledged branch of the City Union Bank that is actively operational at the SIGC campus with ATMs - Very Easy for Girls at the Girls' Hostel to operate, and also for faculty.

The College has a large bus shelter available in which all the college buses and vans are parked, and 100 two-wheelers can be parked in the two-wheeler stand located in two places on the Campus. Days scholars and staff use it. Four-wheeler parking is also available.

Training and Placement Cell
The College training and placement division plays a vital role for Graduates passing out of the college in locating job opportunities. The process supports the students in building their careers through placements, counselling, and guidance for higher education, incubating entrepreneurial ideas, and competitive exams. Our division works closely with the corporation to identify its needs and train the students accordingly. T & P operates throughout the year to support and facilitate students by inviting experts and professionals to the campus and interacting with them. Our ingenious alumnae also support the division in mentoring the passing-out students. The T & P division also conducts a Career Guidance program for the students from their first year.

Club
The College Citizen Consumer Club is a consumer forum of the Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Tamil Nadu. The club works on creating awareness of consumer rights among students.
