Each hostel is equipped with a television, gymnasium, and a telephone in the common rooms.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has an excellent library facility and is managed by full-time qualified and experienced librarians. Separate reading rooms, discussion rooms, and audio-visual rooms are provided for the benefit of students. 

The campus has plenty of open ground for extracurricular activities and outdoor sports. There is an auditorium for indoor games like badminton, table tennis, caroms, and chess. 

The college has All students and staff of SIDS are provided with personal email ID @ SIDS.ac.in each with 7 GB storage capacity. Students and Staff can use this facility to email, chat, store and share documents, and organize their calendars even on their mobile phones. These facilities can be used to communicate with anyone in the college, send a common mail to all their classmates, check availability, and arrange a meeting with a staff member, management, or students.
