The college has a Girls’ Hostel with adequate amenities. Students seeking seats in the hostel must fill in a separate Hostel Admission Form obtainable from the college office, which must be submitted within the stipulated time.

The library has been subscribing to 10 printed journals,10 magazines, and 8 newspapers. Silapathar College Library had a good collection of Special and rare books as well as a good collection of periodicals in bound volumes. The bookshelves are arranged department-wise, and books are arranged subject-wise. The library conducts a stock verification process every 5 years. Silapathar College library has a reading room with 50 seating capacity of library users. There is a separate reading area for the faculty members of the college.
