Sir Issac Newton Arts and Science College, Nagapattinam

The library has a fully furnished, roomy seating arrangement that creates an academic atmosphere conducive to studying. Students can quickly reference and identify their needs with the aid of the book catalogue. Students can also examine fascinating articles and news pieces immediately on a display board in the library. The library's collection comprises thousands of titles from numerous books covering a wide range of subjects, including Engineering, Management, Architecture & Design, Law, Pharmacy, Nursing, Dental, Basic Science, and Humanities. In addition, reference books, more than three thousand CDs/DVDs, and subscriptions to various print magazines and print journals are available. 

The Athletic Association is a membership organisation for all College students. The secretary of the Association is the Physical Director. A sports committee will oversee the Association's operations. Every year, there are tournaments and intramural sports. The College offers spaces for the sports and games which include cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, chess, athletics and kabbadi.

The College I.T infrastructure includes various latest versions of computers, software and necessary things according to different departments. The college campus has broadband connectability with 2Mbps capacity for every system as well as interconnectedness with LAN facilities. The classrooms are well equipped with LCD and OHP projects.

Exceptional lab facilities are provided by the college to every department. Ten labs, including one for languages, are outfitted with all the tools needed to experience a research setting. Students are encouraged to use their intellects in research projects in order to progress. A modern computer lab connected to the Internet and equipped with enough systems to keep students' knowledge current and expanded exists at the college.

The college provides transportation facility to its day scholar students and faculty members to travel back and forth from college to their homes to attend the college regularly. 

The Alumni Association works to preserve and promote the reputation of their alma mater in an effort to bring all former students of the college together through a shared society. They act as goodwill ambassadors, promoting the vision and mission of the institution wherever they are positioned at this time.

The college canteen and dining service's objectives are to keep students safe from foodborne illnesses by maintaining hygienic conditions and avoiding contaminated food. For day scholars, hostellers, college guests, and teaching and non-teaching staff, there is only one communal dining area (canteen facility) on the campus. For the maximum good of all parties involved, the management is totally committed to maintaining the catered food's quality. The campus canteen is equipped with a waste recycling system that makes efficient use of the garbage generated there.

The college has a medical facility which provides the students, faculty and non faculty members with best medical suggestions and treatments.

At SINCAS Hostel, "TOWARDS ALL EXCELLENCE" is the motto. And students enrolled in self-financing courses and M.Phil. scholars are the intended users of this hostel. More than 100 students can stay in the hostel rooms (single and double beds). The Hostel offers boarding facilities for the students. Other amenities offered by the hostel include a volleyball court, a reading area, and a TV/music room.

Only after being accepted into one of the college's courses and following an in-person interview with the chairman are students admitted into SINCAS Hostel. The governing board, which consists of the wardens, monitors, assistant monitors, and principle, is in charge of overseeing the hostel's adherence to a set of rules and regulations. TThe hostel provides students with the option of boarding. A TV/music room, a reading space, and a volleyball court are among the hostel's other features.

The college has an auditorium which is used for all the events and programmes hosted by various departments for different kinds of activities.

Sir Issac Newton College of Arts & Science, Nagapattinam offers excellent placement facilities to students. The placement cell functioning at the college sends invitation to the prospective company with required information on courses and students. In response to that, the company/organization sends back a job announcement form (JAF). JAF contains details on job offers like pay package, place of posting, bonus, and allowance. After verifying such details, the placement cell provide the company the date for campus visits. Pre placement training is another major responsibility of training and placement cell in SINAC College. They take great care in grooming the soft skills of the students through personality development and soft skill development programmes.
