The College provides Hostel Accommodation to the students. It has one Hostel for Boys. The Boys’ Hostel, located within the college campus, can accommodate only 24 students. It is under the supervision of a teacher Superintendent.

It is under the supervision of a teacher Superintendent. Earlier the Girls’ students were accommodated in a rented house before the Nivedita Girls’ Hostel of the college started. A three-storied Nivedita Girls’ Hostel had already been constructed within the college premises under the special assistance of the University Grants Commission. It is also under the supervision of a teacher Superintendent.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has library is a storehouse of knowledge. Sivananda College Library is located on the First Floor of the Arts Block of the college with an approximate total area of 2000 Sq.ft. The college library started functioning at the very beginning of the college in the year 1960. The library began to flourish to keep pace with the growing academic needs of the students, teachers, and scholars. The College Library is fully automated and OPAC services are available for the users. The Internet facilities are available in the college library. The library has two spacious Reading Room-one for students and the other for teachers with all facilities. The Reading Rooms are furnished with Air Condition facilities which will immensely help the readers for study purposes comfortably. 

The college has Three playgrounds available on the college campus. Students of the college play football, Cricket, Basketball, Badminton, volleyball, and so on in them. The students of the hostels go there for daily practice. Students’ Union of the college organized inter-class Football Tournaments every year and sometimes Cricket Tournaments. Boys and Girls have two separate rooms for their rest and indoor games like Carom, Table Tennis Chess, etc. The annual cultural activities of the students have been held within the College campus and Physics building/ Seminar Hall.

The College has a Computer Lab for Mathematics Departments and sometimes it is accessed by the students of different departments. There are four ICT-based Classrooms with an Overhead Projector, Visualizer, and Audiovisual aids for creating a quality teaching-learning environment. Nine desktops with internet facilities are also available for staff and students.

The college has a well-furnished canteen located over the college lake inside the premises. The canteen has provided services to the teachers as well as the students’ communities of the college. 

The College has two seminar halls; one is on the first floor of the administrative building with a capacity of 150-60 seats and the other is the Physics building used as a Seminar/Conference hall with a capacity of over 400 sitting arrangements and with audio-visuals multi-media facilities like overhead Projector, Laptop, and sound system to organize seminars, lectures, and other academic activities. At present, there is no auditorium.

The college Alumni Association, known for its commitment to supporting college initiatives, has organized numerous internal programs, including graduation ceremonies, orientation programs, and alumni meets. 

The college provides seven laboratories that have been created in different departments. The Laboratories are used the conduct regular practical classes as per the curricula and syllabi for the students. The laboratories are upgraded with advanced modern Laboratory equipment from time to time. There are Laboratories in departments like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Anthropology, Nutrition, Geography,

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college provides a new Cycle Stand for parking the Bicycles of the students is needed to be constructed near PHE Pump House inside the college campus.
