The college has a well-equipped library that has been established with an extensive collection of books, from varied fields which include text and reference books, leading journals and magazines, teacher education manuals, guidebooks, case studies, government reports, documents, Encyclopedia Britannica, National Geographic Journals, dictionaries, educational CDs, and DVDs. The library is accessible to both students and faculty members. It subscribes to two international journals and nearly 10 periodicals, including magazines and newspapers. The library is constantly enriched, and new material is added to keep up-to-date with the latest changes and advancements in the field of education.

The college has introduced the concept of smart classes connected to the ICT resource centers to allow new-generation teachers to use these new tools effectively in education.

The Institute has a separate psychology laboratory cum research center which has sufficient apparatus, testing equipment, transparencies, and teaching-learning materials for conducting psychology experiments as per B.Ed. Syllabus under Assam University. Students are taught and trained to use the equipment to measure their intellectual levels.
