SSV College, Perumbavoor hostel has 30 rooms in four blocks. Allotted rooms can't be changed without approval. The hostel has a common area for dining, common room, washroom, lobby for recreation, browsing, gym and more.

A healthcare centre is available in the campus to meet the basic medical needs like first-aid facilities offered to students and staff members.

The library is fully-automated through a software with a subscription to INFLIBNET. The college has three libraries and offers inter-Library loan service. The three libraries are V.T.B. College Library, SSV College, Nagaroor Library and Valayanchirangara Public Library. The library has a plenty of reference books related to Encyclopaedia Britannica, world books, dictionaries and more with a seating capacity for 70 people in the library.

The campus offers sports facilities like basketball practice nets, badminton courts, carrom, table tennis and chess.

There are language and computer labs with internet connectivity for the students and support academic research, online learning and communication.

The canteen and other food services are majorly offered under the education scheme. The canteen maintains proper sanitation and prevention of adulterated food. The objective of canteen and food service is to reduce and protect the risk of foodborne illness.

The college has an air-conditioned seminar hall with a seating capacity of 150 people, a room and an auditorium. Audio-visual facilities are offered in all three of them.

SSV College, Perumbavoor has an alumni association, with the name ‘Samskruthy’. The association offers a great source of strength, arrange educational and career-oriented programmes, set up funds for needy students, help colleges to get into important functionaries of government and arrange corporate sponsorship for alumni programs.

Wi-Fi has been installed in the principal chamber, library, NAAC office and more. To restrict misuse, the Wi-Fi has been made password-protected.

There is a fully-furnished language lab for providing language training to all the students. The college has five science laboratories, which are well-equipped and spacious. There are two UG laboratories - Chemistry and Physics, one PG lab - Biochemistry, and two PG labs for M.Sc Chemistry and Computer labs. At present, the college has three computer labs - UG, PG and one hardware lab.

SSV College, Perumbavoor convenience store is available to meet the stationary needs of students.

Gym facility is offered to the students for working on their physique, especially those who are involved in sports.

The college has a club facility for the students.
