The College Library is an essential part of every institution which helps staff and students to enhance their knowledge through various resources such as books, Newspapers, Journals, and Magazines. The Sree Siddaganga First Grade College Library & Information Centre is established in the year 1984-85. The library is fully automated with all its subsystems like LAN connectivity. The collection is 15380 Books including SC/ST books. The seating capacity of the Library is 50. There are 02 staff members to look after the library work. The library has been automated by using ‘e-Lib’ Library software to have easy and speedy access to the library collection & services of its users. It has adopted an open access system and maintains an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) to provide easy access to the stacks. The library subscribes to more than 12 periodicals. Our library provides Home Lending, Reference services, and facilities.
