The campus has a hostel for the accommodation of male students. The hostel rooms are well furnished and have various sports and recreational facilities for the hostellers.

Sri Eshwar College of Engineering has a  separately constructed hostel within the premises for the female students. The rooms have all the basic utilities along with other recreation facilities.

SECE Coimbatore has smart classrooms that are spacious and well ventilated. All the classrooms are equipped with multiple LCD projectors for audio and video facilities for learning purposes.
