There are two phases in the hostel, which has a construction area of 10,836 square metres. Phase I contains an 80-room ground level and two more storeys and phase II contains a ground level and four stories with 100 rooms each. There are four students in each room. In addition to having a separate reading space, gym, and recreation rooms are provided, and the hostellers can easily access computers and the internet with no restrictions.

It is 9693 square metres in size and was built in two parts. Phase I is made up of a ground floor and two floors with 60 rooms each, and Phase II is made up of a ground floor and four floors with 100 rooms each. There are four students in each room. Additionally, there is a reading area and entertainment spaces available. Additionally, they are given simple access to a computer and internet facility.
