Sri Yerramilli Narayanamurthy College, Narsapur

The College caters to the residential requirements of the women students through two hostels on the College premises, with all the required facilities. The first hostel was established in 2000, and the second in 2010. Each hostel has twenty rooms that can accommodate 60 students. One of the hostels is run by Solar power. A senior lady staff member, Dr. KVRB Varalakshmi, Lecturer in Sanskrit, is appointed as the warden of the hostels. She takes care of the facilities, welfare, and grievances in the hostels.

The College has a well-equipped computerized library, comprising over 20,000 volumes, many of which are of Research level. Around 80 National and International Journals and magazines belonging to various branches are subscribed. Some E-journals and some E-books are available. The software in Braille is available in a system for the specially-abled. Question papers for all semesters are available.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has facilities like a Gymnasium, Badminton, Tennis Court, Volley Ball Court, Basket Ball court, Multi – Gym, a playing field for cricket, and other Indoor game facilities.

The College Alumni of the college comprises people from all walks of life, IAS Officers, Eminent Doctors, Judges, Lawyers, Technology, Scientists, poets, popular Thespians, Matinee idols of the silver screen, and an umpteen number of business magnets. These jewels richly enhance the name and fame of the college with their rich and varied experience in their fields.

The College is well-connected to the NH-216. It offers transport facilities to its students at very nominal charges. The buses ply different routes of Narsapur & Palakol to pick up and drop off the students. 

The College provides on the premises ample parking for two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles for Students and staff. There is a separate car parking space for Students and Faculty.
