The College has as a part of the CMI Education Mission, St. Aloysius College started a Women’s Hostel in the College premises in the year 2013. It offers facilities to female students admitted to various courses in the College. The lady's hostel with an area of 743.2 sq. meters stands a kilometer away from the main campus. It has adequate facilities and can accommodate about 80 students. The Hostel is run by the nuns of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Martha.
