Medical/Hospital

The college has healthcare facilities and support. Each Symbiosis Campus is equipped with a functioning health center. In case of emergencies, medical and if required, financial support is available for each student. At least one doctor is present on campus 24x7. Gym

The college has a fully equipped gym in addition to other sporting grounds and additional facilities. The gym has a large number of facilities for those who are conscious about their health. The gym primarily has facilities such as a free weights area, different exercise machines, and a cardio theatre with a whole set of treadmills and stationary bikes.

Library

The college has libraries of all Symbiosis Institutes in addition to SSLA’s own organically growing collection. The students are in possession of ID cards that enable them to access and acquire material and facilities from the libraries, any time. Symbiosis unites eclectic disciplines with its many colleges, and this ensures that the books available to the students are vast in number and scope.

Wifi

The college has WiFi internet throughout the core campus, located on the 3rd floor of the New Viman Nagar Campus Building. They are each provided with a unique username and password which is used to access the internet. This facility can be used for various academic purposes, including research and communication.

Cafeteria

The college has canteen. The canteen within the campus serves a variety of snacks, drink, and meals. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. The range of cuisines is wide and the seating area is spacious. Students can get lunch, dinner and everything in between. The usual Indian culinary favorites are of course supplemented with some extremely popular Chinese food. Whether you're looking for a cup of coffee, a simple sandwich, or a complete meal, you don't have to leave campus. You enter the most colourful place in college and are greeted by the friendliest humans behind the counter, which makes spending time in the canteen even more fun. It’s a hub of gossip and chilling with your friends while eating food between classes. The place strives to be healthy and avoids junk food as much as possible. There are a variety of juice choices to pick from as well.

I.T Infrastructure

The College has whirring of the machines with enough PC’s to harbour the passion of programmers, engineers, technology enthusiasts and researchers, the air-conditioned computer lab provides a space for technology learning. Students in their free time come and make use of the PCs in order to research, prepare for presentations or study.

Equipped with state of the art technology, these classrooms facilitate multimedia learning, thereby allowing for a creative process of learning and exchange.

Club

The college has Any event at SSLA is incomplete without the extravagance put up by the Art Club. The white of the walls after all seem prettier with the hues of the rainbow, mixed and matched.

Workshops

The college has Every year, the research cell conducts a series of research workshops aimed at providing the students, across all four batches, resources and guidance for proper research and writing. This year the Research Cell hosted the 4th Annual Research workshop series. The first workshop in this series was a session on ‘Organizing your Writing: Academic Writing’, conducted by Dr. Suchetana Banerjee. The workshop aimed to help students write a well organized academic paper. The session covered topics like - what makes an academic paper, how it is different from creative writing and the need for it to be clear, concise, focused, structured and backed up by evidence. After going over points which are a must for academic writing, the session moved on to talk about the title, abstract, introduction, paragraphs, conclusion, references and appendix sections of an academic article. Dr Banerjee briefly also covered literature review. The participants were split into breakout rooms where they engaged in paraphrasing and citation exercises. The workshop concluded with a question and answer session.
