One Medical Practitioner and one Nursing Assistant provide emergency medical care and first-aid on the college campus. For emergency assistance, the college has an ambulance with all of the necessary equipment available 24*7. Doctors and nurses are also available on call 24*7.

The library of the institute is well-equipped with a vast collection of books. The library has a wide collection of various magazines, journals, e-books and also subscribes to 2186 E-journals. It has an Online Public Access Catalog (WEB OPAC) that allows users to access library resources via the digital library. It allows students to access IEEE IEL, ASME, ASCE, ELSEVIER, and J-GATE e-journals from anywhere.

VCE Hyderabad has a dedicated sports ground where students can play a variety of outdoor sports for their physical and mental well being.

VCE Hyderabad provides Internet facility with two leased lines and one broadband. The leased lines are from BSNL with 100 Mbps, Pioneer eLabs with 100 Mbps, and one from ACT Fiber with 1Gbps Broadband. Wi-Fi facility is also available in various areas of the campus for accessing the Internet.

The campus has a hygienic cafeteria which serves healthy food to teachers and students at nominal rates.

Students and staff at the college have access to transportation facilities around the city.

The Phonetics Laboratory teaches students to understand and use the intricacies of English as spoken by native speakers. The course offered by the Phonetics lab is set up  to help students in the fields of pronunciation, linked speech, and business English. The phonetics lab has 34 systems with language software.

The college has well-equipped classrooms with modern teaching facilities like projectors, screens for the benefit of the students. The classrooms are also well furnished with air condition facilities for students.
