VITS Indore has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits the campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first-aid facility for students.

The college has a library facility for all students. Engineering & Management requires in-depth study, and books are a constant companion. At Vindhya, we have a veritable treasure trove of knowledge in our exceptionally well-stocked library with books and journals from renowned national and international authors.
