The College has medical needs of the students are taken care of by a fully equipped Health Centre on campus, along with an ambulance facility.

The College believes that sound mental and physical health are crucial for holistic development. With a strong emphasis on the recreation of students, VIT-AP students, faculty, and staff are provided facilities that keep them active, spirited, involved, and healthy. Several intramural sports events are organized where students compete in cricket, badminton, volleyball, chess, etc. Apart from intramural sports, different colleges and universities also participate in our in-house Sports and Cultural fest, VITopia.

With services from multiple Indian banks, it provides easy access to banking essentials on campus, including account management, fund transfers, bill payments, and more. This fosters financial inclusion and accessibility for the university community while enhancing convenience and promoting financial literacy among stakeholders. 

The College has library is equipped with reading halls, a digital library, a reference hall, discussion rooms, and a newspaper section that seats four hundred students at a time. The entire library is centrally air-conditioned and is under the surveillance of CCTV. The Library is committed to the fulfillment of the academic curiosity of its users with Books (print and e-book), Journals (print and e-journal), Magazines, Newspapers, CDs, and DVDs. The book transaction service of the library is completely automated with RFID-based technology, a self-check-out kiosk, a self-check-in dropbox, and system-generated reminders. Library automation is done by the KOHA software. Security Sensor Gates or flap barriers are installed at the exit. The availability status of any book can be accessed by the user through the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) system. Digital library, being an integral part of the library, has 15 well-configured PCs for surfing the different web-based resources subscribed by the Library or from other open-access databases. There are three discussion rooms as a space for the students and faculty to have a discussion. The Library is a lifetime member of the NDL (National Digital Library) and therefore it also provides video lectures and web-based courses of NPTEL to its users through the intranet
