225 students are accommodate in one block of hostel provided with all the necessary basic facilities. 24*7 water and power supply along with a generator to ensure that there is consistent supply of the resources as when needed. All the rooms are well maintained with recreational facilities.

Spacious and well equipped rooms along with bathrooms, dining halls, security room, mechanised kitchen, and other amusement facilities are provided at the girls hostels. Generators are provided to keep the powerup at mess and at common rooms for water supply.

Full-time and part-time medical general specialists work at the campus whenever the need for an emergency arises. Health care centre at the campus is provided with an ambulance and also free treatment is given to the students, faculty and staff members.

OPAC (Online public access catalogue) which helps the students to access the information regarding the subject matter. Greenstone digital library software and koha 2.2.9 library software and other e-resources packages are used by the university and maintained by library staff.

To develop a sense of fraternity Rabindranath Tagore University encourages the students to participate in indoor and outdoor sports, volley ball, tennis ball, cricket, kho-kho, and others. This even helps the students to participate in sports tournaments conducted by the university.
