The library has separate sections on IT and Management-related books, a section on Journals and Magazines, and a Reference section. The automation of the library enables tracking the availability of any book easily and also helps in accessing journals and books available electronically.

RCU Palamu's boys' hostel facility provides a great living atmosphere for the student community. The hostels are centrally air-cooled and have an excellent standard of living with round-the-clock availability of basic facilities such as separate beds, study tables, and cupboards. Hot water is provided during winter. Each of the hostels is managed by a dedicated Warden and has facilities of 24-hour Power backup, Mess, Common Room, Recreational Facilities- T.V/Indoor Games, Laundry, and Phone.

RCU Palamu hostel facility provides a separate hostel for girls, where the residential needs of the ladies students are taken care of properly, as well as provided with an abundance of amenities in a secure environment. There is a staff to look after the hostel, which ensures safety is maintained through the night hours.

Furthermore, the RCU Palamu sports facility is very much ready to fulfill the physical activity needs of the students by providing them with both indoor and outdoor games. RCU Palamu had spacious playgrounds and several courts where students could play. The University Gives Ample opportunity to students to flex their muscles and indulge in sporting activities, both indoor and outdoor, including Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, and many more. We have a full-size outdoor stadium, and presently, a state-of-the-art indoor stadium is being built. In addition to being a source of rejuvenation, they also contribute toward building a healthy team spirit and improving group dynamics. We have created a modern and well-equipped gymnasium and fitness center headed by full-time instructors.

RCU Palamu has put in place guest house and waiting room facilities, which are well-maintained and available to the faculty members who are visiting and the parents of students. RCU Palamu facilities offer a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment during official visits, meetings, and short stays on the campus. Jharkhand for official work/ project work or for attending conference/seminar/workshops/JEE/GATE meetings, and at times for guests of RCU staff/parents of students, the institute runs a Guesthouse which has 5 air-conditioned rooms. The Guesthouse rooms are situated in two buildings. The main building where the reception is located has two rooms and also runs a mess for the guests as well as for the faculty of the institute. The other building has 3 rooms, out of which one room that is situated on the ground floor, is similar to that of the main building. Each room is furnished with two beds, one LCD TV, AC, and other basic furniture. Rooms in the main building are equipped with a computer with an internet connection.

RCU Palamu facility provides a training and placement facility. The motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college. The Group has an independent centralized Training and Placement Cell, having a dynamic team of young professionals, to organize and manage the training & placement of the students. Special coaching by experts is arranged to improve the skills required for placement, like writing a resume, communication skills, aptitude, group discussion, and technical and personal interviews.
