The RLBCAU Jhansi library was founded with the intention of giving faculty, staff, and students access to its printed resources, such as books, journals, and reports. In order to help readers explore electronic resources, catalogues, and image collections, perform word processing, and access general broadband internet and email, the university offers IT facilities. In an effort to allow students to learn at their own pace, the university has also launched an e-learning initiative.
