The college has a canteen which serves hot hygienic food to the students as well as staff members at a reasonable cost. 

Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute For Medical Sciences And Technology Trivandrum has an auditorium in a hospital building with a capacity of 50 members on the ground floor and there is another auditorium present at the second floor with a capacity of 100 members. The auditorium that is present in the AMC building has a seating capacity of almost 250 members with an air conditioning facility in which all the activities like seminars, and cultural activities take place.
