The University Library possesses more than 345 CDs related to various subjects like Psychometric tests, IQ tests, ET in Class Room, aptitude tests and CDs on Faculty Seminar Series published by Harvard Business School are also available.

The reading rooms of the libraries have comfortable chairs and desk facilities offering opportunities for serious research and study along with light reading and general reference with a seating capacity of approximately 120 to 180. It possesses a reprographic facility for the students and faculty members. Each library is equipped with 10 computer systems catering to the e-library and reference needs of its members and visitors. The libraries have also made arrangements for sharing information and knowledge from several national and international online libraries and databases such as NDL- National Digital Library, EBSCO- EBSCO Management Collection & eBook Business Collection and have online subscriptions and editions to journals such as Human Resource Development Review, Global Journal of Emerging Market Economics and so on. 14 online journals and databases are made available for the students and faculty for study and research.

The University has computer labs with Wi-Fi enabled with hi-speed internet with 100 Mbps speed, providing an opportunity to the student managers to access the web, wherever he or they may be on the campus. All these facilities are controlled through the server room located within the campus which has more than 28 servers and more than 2000 nodes.

The University has two state-of-the-art auditoriums, both fully air-conditioned. Raththinathammal Auditorium, as the first one is called, is the oldest of the two, with a seating capacity of about 750 people. This auditorium plays host to internal student events, guest lectures and seminars, and the famed SBU Student General Body Meetings.  The Ranganathan Auditorium, the bigger of the two has a capacity of about 1,000 people and is known in music circles to have one of the finest acoustic systems in this region. The Ranganathan Auditorium hosts all major events ranging from the Annual Convocation, the Ethics Oration and Prize and Incentives Distribution Ceremonies conducting Placement Drives, Pre-Placement Talks, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, cultural festivals, etc. The auditoriums have played host to a huge number of eminent personalities over the years.

The University has a Hostel facility for male candidates. However, the allotment takes place on a first-come-first-serve basis due to a limited number of seats. However, students who are not able to avail the hostel at Sri Balaji University, hire rented accommodation near the campus. Order is maintained in the hostel premises by the ‘Cluster Friend’ and the ‘Floor Friend’ who are student managers assigned with the responsibility of maintaining the decorum of the hostel premises along with making sure that the rules and regulations of the hostels are being adhered to. Apart from a gymnasium and the swimming pool, a laundromat is present on the hostel premises. A doctor is present on the hostel premises for providing basic first aid and for treating minor and miscellaneous ailments. An ambulance is present at the hostel premises so that proper and timely aid can be given in cases of emergency.

The university believes that nothing can give more happiness to the students than nutritious and piping hot food. To keep our students charged and healthy, our Cafeteria and Mess have an exciting menu to serve every day. The SBUP has three spacious cafeterias with cheerful dining facilities. Also, there is a juice and light refreshment outlet for satisfying snack cravings. The campus cafeterias serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the students studying at SBUP. Extreme care is taken to maintain the hygiene and freshness of the delicacies served.

The University has a swimming pool facility for the students.

The University has a Gym facility for the students. With about 2000 student managers in the University, physical health is a must for achieving excellence in life. Sri Balaji University has provided ample opportunities for its student managers to play, leap and run in various games such as – football, volleyball, tennis, badminton, basketball, and so on. A walking track provides an opportunity to go for a leisurely stroll or a brisk jog around the campus of the University.

The University has General medical care and checkup facility are provided. Student managers, faculty members, and other University members alike can avail of these medical facilities. To cater to the daily needs of the University, a stationery shop has been provided on the campus. The shop is stocked with a variety of items ranging from stationery to snacks and packaged food items. A book-binding, printing, and Xerox facility are also present at the counter. Also, present on the Campus is a fruit and juice bar that serves fresh fruit salad and juice of all varieties. To facilitate smooth and timely financial transactions, an ATM is functional outside the Campus gate.

The university has the Banks/ATM facilities for all students.

To cater to the daily needs of the University, a stationery shop has been provided on the campus. The university has sports facilities for all students. The athletic ones can partake in the sports event which is conducted on the college grounds or in the indoor sports area.
